Was es ist
4-Hydroxypropylamino-3-Nitrophenol ist 1-Hydroxy-3-nitro-4-(3-hydroxypropylamino)benzol, ein Nitrophenolfarbstoff, der das Haar direkt färben kann. CosIng führt es als Haarfärbemittel. In der EU fällt es unter Einträge in Anhang III (Stoffe mit Einschränkungen) für oxidative und nicht-oxidative Haarfärbemittel, mit vorgeschriebenen Warnhinweisen auf dem Etikett.
Wo es verwendet wird
Enthalten in permanenten und semipermanenten Haarfarben.
