Was es ist
Allantoin ist eine kleine organische Verbindung, die natürlich in einigen Pflanzen vorkommt (zum Beispiel Beinwell); kosmetisches Allantoin ist meist synthetisch. CosIng führt es als hautpflegenden Inhaltsstoff.
Wo es verwendet wird
Feuchtigkeitscremes, Aftershaves, Lippenpflege und Babyprodukte.

Die INCI-Liste zeigt, welche Inhaltsstoffe enthalten sind, aber nicht, wie viel davon. Inhaltsstoffe über 1 % werden in absteigender Reihenfolge ihres Gewichts aufgeführt; unter 1 % ist die Reihenfolge beliebig.
