Was es ist
Butyloctanol ist ein verzweigter C12-Alkohol (2-Butyloctan-1-ol), ein Guerbet-Alkohol, der bei Raumtemperatur flüssig ist. CosIng führt ihn als Feuchthaltemittel und Lösungsmittel.
Wo es verwendet wird
Verwendet in Cremes, Sonnenschutzprodukten, Make-up und Haarpflege.
