Was es ist
C13-15 Alkane ist ein Gemisch gesättigter Kohlenwasserstoffe mit 13 bis 15 Kohlenstoffatomen. CosIng führt es als Lösungsmittel.
Wo es verwendet wird
Verwendet in Cremes, Seren, Make-up und Haarpflege als leichter, gut verteilbarer Inhaltsstoff, mitunter anstelle flüchtiger Silikone.
Grenzen der Aussagekraft
Die INCI-Liste zeigt, welche Inhaltsstoffe enthalten sind, aber nicht, wie viel davon. Inhaltsstoffe über 1 % werden in absteigender Reihenfolge ihres Gewichts aufgeführt; unter 1 % ist die Reihenfolge beliebig.
Die INCI-Bezeichnung verrät nicht, ob die Kohlenwasserstoffe aus Erdöl oder aus pflanzlichen Rohstoffen stammen.
