Was es ist
Polyvinyl Butyral ist ein synthetisches Harz, das durch Kondensation von Polyvinylalkohol mit Butyraldehyd entsteht. CosIng führt es als bindend, filmbildend und viskositätsregelnd.
Wo es verwendet wird
Vor allem in Nagellacken und Unterlacken sowie in manchem langhaftenden Make-up und Peel-off-Produkten.
