Über Head & Shoulders
Head & Shoulders ist eine Haarpflegemarke von Procter & Gamble, die 1961 in den USA als Anti-Schuppen-Shampoo eingeführt wurde. Bekanntester Wirkstoff der Reihe ist Zinkpyrithion; manche Varianten setzen stattdessen Piroctone Olamine ein, einige „Clinical Strength“-Produkte enthalten Selendisulfid. Heute umfasst die Marke Anti-Schuppen- und normale Shampoos, 2-in-1-Produkte und Spülungen, auch für Männer.
Ein Sortiment auf Silikonbasis
Die 119 Head-&-Shoulders-Produkte bei uns sind Shampoos und Spülungen, und die Spitze der Rangliste ist auffallend einheitlich: DIMETHICONE (115), SODIUM CHLORIDE (112), SODIUM BENZOATE (111) und SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE (107).
Damit enthalten 115 Rezepturen Silikone (97 %) und 117 Duft (98 %). Weder Parabene noch vergällter Alkohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.) kommen in einer davon vor.
Varianten unterscheiden
Weil die Grundrezepturen so ähnlich sind, liegen die Unterschiede meist weiter unten in der Liste. Suchen Sie den auf der Packung genannten Wirkstoff – ZINC PYRITHIONE, PIROCTONE OLAMINE oder SELENIUM DISULFIDE –, um die Variante zu erkennen, und schauen Sie nach einem Verpackungswechsel erneut nach, denn Rezepturen werden überarbeitet.
