Was es ist
p-Phenylenediamine HCl ist Benzol-1,4-diamin-dihydrochlorid, ein Salz von p-Phenylendiamin (PPD), einem aromatischen Amin, das als oxidativer Farbvorläufer dient; als Farbstoff trägt es die Colour-Index-Nummer CI 76060. CosIng führt es als Haarfärbemittel. In der EU fällt es unter Einträge in Anhang III (Stoffe mit Einschränkungen) für oxidative Haarfärbeprodukte und für Produkte zum Färben der Wimpern, mit vorgeschriebenen Warnhinweisen.
