Czym jest
p-Phenylenediamine HCl to dichlorowodorek benzeno-1,4-diaminy, sól p-fenylenodiaminy (PPD), aminy aromatycznej stosowanej jako prekursor barwnika utleniającego; jako barwnik ma numer Colour Index CI 76060. CosIng wymienia go jako składnik do farbowania włosów. W UE obejmują go pozycje w załączniku III (substancje podlegające ograniczeniom) dotyczące utleniających produktów do farbowania włosów oraz produktów do farbowania rzęs, z obowiązkowymi ostrzeżeniami na etykiecie.
