Was es ist
Polyquaternium-11 ist ein synthetisches kationisches Copolymer aus Vinylpyrrolidon und Dimethylaminoethylmethacrylat, quaterniert mit Diethylsulfat. CosIng führt es als antistatisch und filmbildend.
Wo es verwendet wird
Vor allem in Schaumfestigern, Gelen, Haarsprays und einigen Spülungen enthalten.
