Über Brut
Brut ist eine Herrenpflegemarke, die mit einem 1964 von Fabergé eingeführten Eau de Cologne begann; die günstigere Reihe Brut 33 folgte 1968. Unilever übernahm Fabergé 1978, und 2003 erwarb Idelle Labs, eine Sparte von Helen of Troy, die Markenrechte für einige Regionen. Das Sortiment umfasst Colognes, Aftershaves und Deodorants.
Ein vom Duft geprägtes Sortiment
Die 18 Brut-Produkte in INCIMondo – Deodorants, Düfte, Duschgele und Rasierprodukte – sind ganz vom Duft bestimmt. Alle fünf häufigsten Inhaltsstoffe nach Wasser sind einzeln deklarierte Duftstoffbestandteile: LINALOOL, LIMONENE, CITRONELLOL, BENZYL SALICYLATE und GERANIOL.
Jede der 18 Rezepturen enthält Duftstoffe. Denaturierter Alkohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.), das Lösungsmittel für ein schnell trocknendes Gefühl, ist in 13 gelistet, Silikone in 3. Parabene enthält keine.
Brut-Sprays und -Colognes lesen
In Aerosol-Deos stehen Treibgase wie BUTANE wie jeder andere Inhaltsstoff in der Liste, oft weit vorn. Da Bruts führende Inhaltsstoffe benannte Duftstoffbestandteile sind, kann jeder, der einen bestimmten meidet – etwa GERANIOL oder CITRONELLOL –, direkt danach suchen.
