Über Dove
Dove ist eine Körperpflegemarke von Unilever. Sie wurde 1956 eingeführt, der ursprüngliche Dove Beauty Bar kam 1957 in den USA auf den Markt. Inzwischen umfasst das Sortiment Deodorants, Duschgele, Lotionen, Haar- und Gesichtspflege sowie Linien wie Dove Men+Care und Baby Dove. 2004 startete die Marke ihre Campaign for Real Beauty.
Dove: was die Etiketten zeigen
Vom Beauty Bar aus ist Dove zu einem breiten Sortiment gewachsen; INCIMondo führt 27 Produkte, vor allem Deodorants, Stückseifen, Duschgele und Körperpflege. Nach PARFUM und GLYCERIN sind die häufigsten Inhaltsstoffe (ohne Wasser) drei einzeln deklarierte Duftstoffbestandteile: HEXYL CINNAMAL, LINALOOL und LIMONENE.
Duftstoffe stecken in 25 der 27 Rezepturen (93 %), Silikone in 8 (30 %) und Parabene in 1 (4 %). Denaturierter Alkohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.) kommt in keiner vor.
Ein Dove-Produkt auswählen
Wer einen bestimmten Duftstoff meidet, sollte über PARFUM hinaus lesen: HEXYL CINNAMAL, LINALOOL und LIMONENE werden oberhalb der EU-Schwellen jeweils einzeln genannt. Ableger wie Dove Men+Care oder Baby Dove haben eigene Rezepturen – verglichen wird also die Liste des einzelnen Produkts, nicht der Markenname.
