Wat het is
Ammonium lactate is het ammoniumzout van melkzuur (2-hydroxypropaanzuur). CosIng vermeldt het als buffermiddel, vochtinbrengend, keratolytisch en huidverzorgend ingrediënt.
Waar het wordt gebruikt
Komt voor in bodylotions, voetcrèmes en andere huidverzorgingsproducten.
Grenzen van de interpretatie
De INCI-lijst laat zien welke ingrediënten aanwezig zijn, niet hoeveel van elk. Boven 1% staan de ingrediënten in aflopende volgorde van gewicht; onder 1% is de volgorde vrij.
Het etiket vermeldt niet de concentratie of de pH van het product.
