Creatine (N-amidino-N-methylglycine) is een organische stikstofverbinding die van nature in het lichaam voorkomt, vooral in spierweefsel. CosIng vermeldt het als huidverzorgend middel.
Waar het wordt gebruikt
Komt voor in gezichtscrèmes, serums, oogcrèmes en sommige haarverzorgingsproducten.
