Wat het is
Diethylhexyl carbonate is de di-ester van koolzuur en 2-ethylhexanol. CosIng vermeldt het als verzachtend en huidconditionerend middel.
Waar het wordt gebruikt
Gebruikt in crèmes, lotions, zonneproducten, make-up en reinigingsoliën.
Grenzen van de interpretatie
De INCI-lijst laat zien welke ingrediënten aanwezig zijn, niet hoeveel van elk. Boven 1% worden ingrediënten in afnemende volgorde van gewicht vermeld; onder 1% is de volgorde vrij.
De INCI-naam verraadt niet of de grondstoffen van plantaardige of synthetische oorsprong zijn.
