Isopropyl isostearate is de ester van isopropylalcohol en isostearinezuur, een vertakt vetzuur. CosIng vermeldt het als bindmiddel, emolliënt en huidverzorgend middel.
Waar het wordt gebruikt
Wordt gebruikt in crèmes, lotions, make-up en lipproducten, en als bindmiddel in geperste poeders.
