Wat het is
Menthoxypropanediol is een ether van menthol en glycerol, 3-[[5-methyl-2-(1-methylethyl)cyclohexyl]oxy]propaan-1,2-diol. CosIng vermeldt het als geurgevend en verfrissend ingrediënt.
Waar het wordt gebruikt
Komt voor in lipproducten, aftersunproducten, shampoos, voetverzorgingsproducten, scheerproducten en mondverzorgingsproducten.
Grenzen van de interpretatie
De INCI-lijst laat zien welke ingrediënten aanwezig zijn, niet hoeveel van elk. Boven 1% staan de ingrediënten in aflopende volgorde van gewicht; onder 1% is de volgorde vrij.
Het etiket vermeldt niet in welke concentratie het is gebruikt of of er andere verkoelende middelen aanwezig zijn.
