About Boots
Boots is a British pharmacy and health and beauty retailer founded in Nottingham in 1849 by John Boot; his son Jesse Boot built the herbal medicine shop into a national chain. Headquartered in Beeston, Nottinghamshire, it has been part of The Boots Group – owned by Sycamore Partners and Stefano Pessina and his family – since August 2025. Its own brands include No7, Soap & Glory and Soltan; our entries are Boots-label Q10 day and night creams, a silky lubricant and an odour control antiperspirant foot spray.
Creams, a lubricant and a foot spray
Our 4 Boots entries are a mixed set. DISODIUM EDTA, ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN, PHENOXYETHANOL, AQUA and PARFUM appear in 3; GLYCERIN, TRIETHYL CITRATE, CETEARYL ALCOHOL, DIMETHICONE, CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC TRIGLYCERIDE and ISOPROPYL MYRISTATE in 2.
Fragrance and silicones are each listed in 3 (75%); none contains parabens or denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.).
Compare within the product type
A face cream, an intimate lubricant and a foot spray are used very differently, so compare each with products of its own type rather than across the set. The Q10 day and night creams share much of their base; their lists show where the day version differs.
