About Isana men
ISANA Men is the men's line of ISANA, the cosmetics own brand of the German drugstore chain Rossmann, which has existed for more than 25 years alongside sub-lines such as ISANA KIDS and ISANA MED. Rossmann does not name its manufacturers; packs state "made for" Dirk Rossmann GmbH and "made in the EU".
Shower and shave
Shower products lead the 7 ISANA Men entries – Fresh, Sport and Viking 3-in-1 shower gels – followed by two sensitive shaving foams and a sensitive aftershave balm. AQUA and PARFUM appear in all 7, SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE in 6, and TOCOPHEROL, CITRIC ACID, SODIUM BENZOATE, PROPYLENE GLYCOL and GLYCERIN in 5 each.
Fragrance is declared in every formula (100%). None contains parabens, silicones or denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.).
What 3-in-1 means on the label
A 3-in-1 shower gel for body, hair and face is still a rinse-off cleanser, so its list looks like any shower gel – surfactants such as SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE first. Shaving foams are aerosols and also list propellants; the "sensitive" versions are separate formulas and still list fragrance here.
