About Labell

Labell (also styled Labell Paris) is the beauty and hygiene own label of the French supermarket chain Intermarché. The retailer extended it into make-up with a range of 83 products for eyes, lips, face and nails, manufactured in France and Italy. In our database Labell appears mainly with hygiene and care products such as shower gels, shampoos and make-up removers.

Labell's everyday basics

Although Labell has extended into make-up, its 25 products in INCIMondo are everyday hygiene items: shower gels, hair care, cleansers and make-up removers, toothpastes and shaving products. GLYCERIN is the most frequent ingredient after water, ahead of PARFUM, CITRIC ACID, SODIUM HYDROXIDE – an alkali used in small amounts to adjust the pH – and SODIUM CHLORIDE.

21 formulas (84%) contain fragrance ingredients and 8 (32%) contain silicones. Parabens appear in 2 (8%) and denatured alcohol (ALCOHOL DENAT.) in 1 (4%).

Labell on the shelf

Supermarket own labels draw on several manufacturers, so formulas can vary considerably between Labell lines; compare individual lists rather than the brand as a whole. In the toothpastes, AROMA refers to flavouring, not perfume.
