What it is
Acrylates/octylacrylamide copolymer is a synthetic polymer of acrylic or methacrylic monomers and octylacrylamide. CosIng lists it as film forming and hair fixing.
Where it is used
Used in hair sprays, styling products, sun care products and mascaras.
