What it is
Angelica archangelica root water is, according to CosIng, an aqueous solution of the steam distillate obtained from the roots of garden angelica, Angelica archangelica, of the carrot family (Apiaceae). CosIng lists it as a skin-conditioning ingredient.
Where it is used
Found in a small number of skin care products, where it may replace part of the water.
