An extract of Korean angelica root used as a hair- and skin-conditioning ingredient.
What it is
Angelica gigas root extract is an extract of the roots of Korean angelica, Angelica gigas, of the carrot family (Apiaceae). CosIng lists it as a hair-conditioning, hair waving or straightening and skin-conditioning ingredient.
Where it is used
Found in shampoos, scalp care products, hair treatments and some skin care products.
