What it is
Bimatoprost is a synthetic analogue of prostaglandin F2-alpha. It is also known as an active substance in prescription medicines. CosIng lists it as an eyelash-conditioning ingredient.
Where it is used
Found in a small number of products, such as eyelash serums.
