What it is
Bioflavonoids is the INCI name of a mixture of flavonoids, a large group of plant polyphenols. The CosIng identification refers to flavonoids associated with lemon oil, that is, from citrus. CosIng lists it as a skin-conditioning and soothing ingredient.
Where it is used
Found in creams, serums and other skin care products.
