What it is
Bisamino PEG/PPG-41/3 aminoethyl PG-propyl dimethicone is a complex silicone polymer: a polydimethylsiloxane chain with hydroxyethylamino-hydroxypropoxypropyl end groups, linked to amine-terminated polyether chains of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. CosIng lists it as a hair-conditioning ingredient.
