What it is
Bixa orellana seed extract is an extract of the seeds of annatto, Bixa orellana, whose seeds are known for their orange-red pigments. CosIng lists it as a fragrance and skin-conditioning ingredient.
Where it is used
Found in creams, sun care and after-sun products, lip products and body oils.
