A plant butter from the nuts of the shea tree.

What it is

Butyrospermum parkii butter is the fat obtained from the nuts of the shea tree (Vitellaria paradoxa). It is rich in fatty acids and acts as an emollient.

Where it is used

Body butters, lip balms, hand creams and hair products.
