A mixture of long-chain hydrocarbons used as a skin-conditioning ingredient.
What it is
C30-45 olefin is a mixture of long-chain alkenes with a double bond at the end of the chain (alk-1-enes) and 30 to 45 carbon atoms, giving a waxy hydrocarbon material. CosIng lists it as a skin-conditioning ingredient.
Where it is used
Found in a small number of skin care and makeup products.
