Epilobium fleischeri flower/leaf/stem extract is an extract of the flowers, leaves and stems of Fleischer’s willowherb, Epilobium fleischeri, a plant of the Alps, of the evening primrose family (Onagraceae). CosIng lists it as a skin-conditioning ingredient.
