An extract of the eyebright plant.
What it is
Euphrasia officinalis extract is an extract of the aerial parts of eyebright. CosIng lists it as antimicrobial, astringent, skin conditioning, soothing and tonic.
Where it is used
Found mainly in eye creams, eye gels and eye makeup removers, and also in toners.
