What it is
Fluorescent brightener 367 is 2,2'-(naphthalene-1,4-diyl)bis(benzoxazole), an optical brightening agent: a compound that absorbs ultraviolet light and re-emits it as visible blue light. The CosIng data provided list no function for it.

Appears on the ingredient lists of a small number of products.
