What it is
Glutathione is a tripeptide made of glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine. CosIng lists its function as reducing.
Where it is used
Found in serums, creams, masks and some hair care products.
Limits of interpretation
The INCI list shows which ingredients are present, not how much of each. Above 1%, ingredients are listed in descending order of weight; below 1% the order is free.
CosIng lists only a reducing function; the label says nothing about any effect on the skin.
