What it is
Hibiscus Rosa-Sinensis Flower Extract is an extract of the flowers of Chinese hibiscus, Hibiscus rosa-sinensis. CosIng lists it as hair conditioning, humectant and skin conditioning.
Where it is used
Found in creams, serums, masks, shampoos and conditioners.
