What it is
Hydrogenated rapeseed oil is rapeseed oil that has been hydrogenated, which makes it firmer. CosIng lists it as an emollient, skin-conditioning agent and viscosity-controlling agent.
Where it is used
Found in lip balms, stick products, balms, creams and makeup.
