What it is
Hydrolyzed chondrus crispus extract is the hydrolysate of an extract of Irish moss (carrageen), Chondrus crispus, a red alga, obtained by acid, enzymatic or another type of hydrolysis. CosIng lists it as a skin-conditioning ingredient.
