What it is
Hydrolyzed ginseng saponins are saponins (ginsenosides) from ginseng that have been broken down by acid, enzymatic or other hydrolysis. CosIng lists them as a skin-conditioning ingredient.
Where it is used
Appears on the ingredient lists of a small number of products.
Limits of interpretation
