What it is
Hydrolyzed quinoa is obtained by hydrolysis of the seeds of quinoa, Chenopodium quinoa. CosIng lists it as a skin-conditioning agent.
Where it is used
Found in shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, creams and serums.
