What it is

Jojoba esters are a mixture of esters produced by transesterification of jojoba oil, hydrogenated jojoba oil or both. CosIng lists them as an emollient, moisturising, skin-conditioning and soothing agent.

Where it is used

Used in creams, lip balms, body care products and, in bead form, in exfoliating products.
