What it is
Lavandula Angustifolia Flower Water is an aqueous solution of the steam distillate obtained from the flowers of lavender, Lavandula angustifolia. CosIng lists it as skin conditioning.
Where it is used
Used in toners, facial mists, cleansers, creams and body care products.
