What it is
Melia azadirachta seed oil is the oil expressed from the seeds of the neem tree, listed in INCI as Melia azadirachta (also known as Azadirachta indica). CosIng lists it as an emollient.
Where it is used
Found in hair oils, shampoos, soaps, creams and scalp care products.
