An amino-functional silicone polyether used as a hair-conditioning ingredient.
What it is
Methoxy PEG/PPG-7/3 aminopropyl dimethicone is a silicone (dimethicone) carrying aminopropyl groups and polyether chains of polyethylene and polypropylene glycol. CosIng lists it as a hair-conditioning agent.
Where it is used
Found in hair conditioners, hair masks, shampoos and leave-in hair products.

The numbers 7 and 3 are averages, so the raw material is a mixture of molecules of different sizes.
