A light emollient ester.
What it is
Neopentyl glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate is a mixed ester of neopentyl glycol with caprylic and capric acids. CosIng lists it as an emollient and skin-conditioning agent.
Where it is used
Used in creams, lotions, sun care products, makeup and cleansing oils.
