What it is
Octenidine HCl (octenidine dihydrochloride) is a synthetic cationic compound with two pyridine rings. CosIng lists it as an antimicrobial ingredient.
Where it is used
Used in deodorants, cleansing products and other products where an antimicrobial function is wanted.
