What it is
Oryza sativa bran cera is a wax obtained from rice, Oryza sativa, specifically from the bran. CosIng lists it as a skin-conditioning agent.
Where it is used
Used in lipsticks, lip balms, mascaras, creams and solid cosmetic products.
