A silicone emulsifier for water-in-silicone formulas.
What it is
PEG-10 dimethicone is a silicone modified with polyethylene glycol chains, which makes it partly water-compatible. It is used to emulsify water into silicone or oil phases.
Where it is used
Foundations, sunscreens and light creams.

- Hair conditioning
- Enhancing the appearance and feel of hair. Leaving the hair easy to comb, supple, soft and shiny and/or imparting volume, lightness, gloss, texture, etc.
