What it is

Pinus sylvestris leaf oil is the volatile oil obtained from the needles of the Scots pine, Pinus sylvestris, of the pine family (Pinaceae). CosIng lists it as a fragrance ingredient. In the EU it is covered by an entry in Annex III (substances subject to restrictions).

Where it is used

Found in bath products, shower gels, massage oils, shampoos and scented products.
