A block copolymer used as a mild surfactant.
What it is
Poloxamer 184 is a block copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. CosIng lists it as an emulsifying and cleansing surfactant.
Where it is used
Used in cleansers, micellar waters, makeup removers and oral care products.
