What it is
Polyglyceryl-2 isostearate is the ester of diglycerol (polyglyceryl-2) and isostearic acid, a branched C18 fatty acid. CosIng lists it as an emulsifying surfactant.
Where it is used
Found in creams, sunscreens, cleansing oils and other emulsions.
