A diglycerol ester of oleic acid used as an emulsifier.
What it is
Polyglyceryl-2 oleate is the ester of diglycerin and oleic acid. CosIng lists it as an emulsifying surfactant.
Where it is used
Used in creams, lotions, cleansing oils and makeup.
