A polyglycerol ester used as an emulsifier.
What it is
Polyglyceryl-3 caprylate is the ester of caprylic acid and polyglycerin-3 (triglycerol). CosIng lists it as an emulsifying surfactant and deodorant ingredient.
Where it is used
Used in creams, cleansing products, micellar waters and deodorants.
